Quality assurance

Wettons head office is a BICS approved training centre with a multi-site licence approval. We have a number of BICS assessors that are able to visit sites at various locations to carry out the necessary training.

We are currently developing a training centre located at our head office. The centre due for completion at the end of 2008 will be used to train all operative to BICS levels 1 and 2.

The centre has been designed so staff can be trained on different floor types such as wood, carpet, tiles, vinyl and marble. Each of these requires specialist training which can be given all under one roof. This area is designed to give staff the essential skills with which to operate.

Staff are also given on site training which helps us monitor and reinforce our goal of commitment and quality on our client sites.

Wettons also have a separate quality control department with a fully computerised quality monitoring system to which our client has access to real time reports from a remote location via our extranet service. The reports are periodically issued to the Directors of the company which are monitored against the KPI of the contract.
