Case Study: Housing Estates

Wettons work for a number of local authorities managing a large number of housing estates.

Wettons were awarded the housing estate contract for the managing contractor Pathmeads in Westminster estates since 1996. Wettons work closely with the client and residents associations. We regularly attend the residents meetings to address any issues or concerns.

Wettons were successful in the re-tender of this contract in 2007 and were also awarded the grounds maintenance contract.

Our service to this area include; Cleansing of public areas, door step recycling collection, void maintenance, graffiti removal, collection of bulk refuse, landscaping and grounds maintenance.
